# Acquiring Emprius de Les Vinyes: protected land to regenerate in the Lluçanès!

**Fundació Emprius** is delighted to announce its **third acquisition** of rural land: [Emprius de Les Vinyes](https://emprius.cat/en/aportacio-als-emprius-de-les-vinyes/). A **32-hectare** farm in the **Lluçanès**, in Sant Martí d’Albars, next to [Mas Les Vinyes](https://www.maslesvinyes.com/).

## A third property for the foundation

The two properties the foundation acquired earlier are [Cal Cisteller](https://emprius.cat/en/calcisteller/), in the Alt Penedès, and [Can Gínjol](https://emprius.cat/en/canginjol/), in the Lleida market-garden belt. A further sign that the **foundation** is a useful **tool** for securing and protecting infrastructure, and putting it at the service of projects with a positive social and ecological impact.

### Emprius de Les Vinyes

**Lluçanès.** 32 hectares next to Mas Les Vinyes.

We were able to buy this new property thanks to a grant from the Natural Heritage Fund and contributions from Fundació Emprius and Mas Les Vinyes. To cover the rest of the purchase price and the associated costs, **we need to raise €25,000 more**.

## From degraded fields to a regenerated farm

That is why we are launching a campaign to collect donations in support of the project:
