## Our objectives

What drives us

The Foundation is guided by two great principles: communalism and ruralism.

- We acquire and provide housing for community projects
- We steward productive land
- We promote shared tools useful for rural life

### Heritage management and stewardship

### Fostering and promoting communalist culture

### Shared tools

We receive donations and inheritances to acquire assets that we provide to community projects in rural areas. The projects that steward these properties follow Emprius values and have positive social and ecological impact in their territory.

We defend community and communal management as a fairer and more transformative approach to stewardship that allows us to move towards fairer degrowth. We support communities and conduct research and outreach on these communal principles.

We are building a catalogue of useful tools distributed across rural Catalan territory, for agriculture, ecological building and self-building, and making it available to collaborative projects.
