[Video] Presentation of the “Guide to co-operative housing in rural areas”

This January we published the “Guide to co-operative housing in rural areas”, a document designed to accompany people who have identified a property in a village and are considering acquiring it to create a shared housing project. The guide takes you through the various technical and legal requirements we need to consider to think about what political and architectural project could suit a property in a rural setting. From the building works we can carry out, to the legal form of property tenure, via models of living together and concrete inspiring experiences.
