1. Ownership of the campaign and the website This website and the donation campaigns are managed by Fundació Emprius (hereinafter, “the Entity”), with NIF G09942467 and registered office at Drecera de Sant Celoni 8, 08472 Campins (Barcelona), entered in the Register of Foundations of the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat) under number 3316. 2. Nature of contributions (Donations)
- The sums contributed through this platform have the legal status of irrevocable donations intended to finance the general-interest and ecological conservation/restoration projects of Fundació Emprius.
- Donations do not involve the acquisition of any goods, products or services in return, nor do they confer any right to commercial consideration.
3. Tax deductibility
- In accordance with Law 49/2002, of 23 December, on the tax regime of non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage, donations made to Fundació Emprius qualify for the corresponding deductions in Spanish personal income tax (IRPF) or in corporation tax.
- In order to issue the tax certificate and report the details to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), the donor must correctly provide their full name, NIF/NIE and postal address.
4. Security and payment methods
- Card payments and other electronic payment methods are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. At no point does Fundació Emprius store donors’ full bank details or credit card details.
5. Refund policy
- As these are charitable donations in the general interest, refunds of the sums contributed are not accepted, except in cases of clear, demonstrable error in the transaction (duplicate charges or a material error in the amount entered). In that case, contact us via comunicacio@emprius.cat within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of the charge.
6. Data protection
- The personal data provided will be processed by Fundació Emprius, as data controller, for the sole purposes of managing the donation, issuing the tax certificate and keeping you informed about the progress of the campaign. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification and erasure by emailing comunicacio@emprius.cat.
