16 February: Gathering of the Emprius community and interested people

The annual gathering for 2025 of the Emprius community and interested people will take place on Sunday 16 February at Calafou, a co-operative and community space in Vallbona d’Anoia.

As every year, the gathering is a space for exchange with the community that makes Emprius possible, where we report on the work we have carried out over the past year and put forward the proposed action plan for the year ahead, with the aim that our grassroots base helps us reflect and enrich the proposal.

Moreover, we also want to use the gathering space to tackle some strategic debates we have ahead:

• On one hand, about shared tools in the rural world. We will present the ideas we have on this at Emprius, and we will also talk about other initiatives in the territory to share tools in the rural sphere.
• On the other, about strategies of struggle and resistance in the rural environment. We will have people from Revoltes de la Terra and Revolta Pagesa.

We want it to be a celebratory space, full of community warmth, for all the family. There will be relaxed spaces, music and also children’s activities while we do the presentations and debates. There will be lunch for everyone.
