Emprius at FESSGra

On 4 November we will take part in the closing of the sixth edition of FESSGra, an edition that goes beyond criticism and aims for a more constructive character by presenting numerous projects driving the ecosocial transition, solidarity economy and communal lands – like us. Drought, the distribution of what we consume, care at work, welcoming migrant people and energy communities are among the main themes that have centred its activities since 19 October and culminate at the fair on 4 November. In this way, the organisation wants to show that worst-case scenarios can be reversed with commitment from citizens and administrations. It does this by putting the Vallès Oriental centre stage, encouraging participation from organisations defending the territory such as Salvem Corró d’Amunt, El Gaig, Salvem la Bassa and No al 4rt Cinturó, among others.

Specifically, we will participate in the talk taking place on 4 November at 7pm at Plaça Maluquer i Salvador in Granollers, featuring two members of our advisory council: Ana Correro, also a member of Arran de Terra co-operative and of La Tomassa, and Mandi Domingo, also a member of Can Parera de Canyes.

Besides talks and discussions, there will also be activities for the whole family and all ages with storytelling, a collective graffiti workshop or a vinyl session for music lovers, plus the usual showcase of organisations and projects with over 20 stalls.
